Customer Service and Guarantee
Our Mission Statement is ‘To provide a hand-made top quality product at an affordable price’ and to that end we take great pride in making sure our customer care is second to none and will strive to ensure all customers are extremely happy with our whole service. We confidently back our products with a 10 year manufacturing guarantee, which we are proud to say has been approved and underwritten by The Consumer Protection Association. This covers all manufacture, frames, glazing, hardware and labour. We are also an Approved Installer and member of Certass, who assess its members to ensure they meet current UK Building Regulations requirements.
All our windows can come in a range of glazing such as double, triple or single glazing, leaded or other decorative or performance elements or coatings, or glass that imitates the uneven quality of old fashioned glass (Crown glass) can be used.
